Protection of minors § 10 JuSchG
On April 1st, 2016 a tightening of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) came into force. This law requires dealers who sell tobacco to carry out an age check. We feel very committed to the protection of minors and now apply this law to all tobacco, steam paste, steam stones and e-liquids.

Therefore, not only new customers, but unfortunately also already registered users who want to buy a product from the above-mentioned areas, have to undergo a verification of their age. For this it is necessary that the personal information is correct. As soon as the system detects a discrepancy, the authentication is missing.

The transmission of the data required for age verification is of course carried out in accordance with the strict guidelines of the Data Protection Act and only has to be carried out once per registered customer. In the course of protecting young people and children, we ask for your understanding for this measure and thank you for your help.

In addition, an age check is carried out when the goods are delivered, i.e. the deliverer, with us DHL, may only hand over a delivery that contains tobacco, steam paste, steam stones or e-liquids to persons of age. For this you can e.g. legitimize with their identity card or passport.

Unfortunately, this also means that delivery to a packing station or agreed storage locations is no longer possible! An update of the delivery address may be necessary here.
